A phase 3 randomized open-label, multicenter study assessing the clinical benefit of isatuximab (SAR650984) in combination with bortezomib (Velcade®), Lenalidomide (Revlimid®) and dexamethasone in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma not eligible for transplant.

Startdato: december 2017 og derefter en gang årligt under behandling.
Patienterne skal have taget rtg. Af thorax og skelet ved opstart i forsøget, herefter rtg.af skelet årligt så længe de får behandling og ellers på klinisk. indikation
